I had a mixed experience at the Grand Lady Hamilton. The check-in process was efficient, and the maid service was exceptional. However, despite being advertised as an adults-only resort, we encountered children at the pools and beach, which was disappointing. We had an incredible time during our honeymoon at this resort. The staff was beyond amazing, especially at the infinity bar where Gregory made the experience even better. We loved the clean and spacious junior suite with a lovely ocean view. On the downside, there were some issues with staff friendliness during a previous visit, and one guest mentioned having an item stolen, which left a sour feeling. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with plenty of activities, and we would love to go back.
