Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa All Inclusive Lucea, Lucea

My stay at Grand Palladium was quite a mixed bag. The beach is stunning and the entertainment was top-notch, but the service in some areas was lacking and the room quality was underwhelming. I had some enjoyable meals, especially at the Mexican restaurant, but there were also significant wait times and temperature issues with the food. Overall, I left with great memories but there’s definitely room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at the Grand Lady Hamilton. The check-in process was efficient, and the maid service was exceptional. However, despite being advertised as an adults-only resort, we encountered children at the pools and beach, which was disappointing. The food and drinks were outstanding, but long wait times for dinner made it difficult to catch evening shows. Overall, there were some great aspects, but the rule about adults only needs clear enforcement.

We had an incredible time during our honeymoon at this resort. The staff was beyond amazing, especially at the infinity bar where Gregory made the experience even better. We loved the clean and spacious junior suite with a lovely ocean view. On the downside, there were some issues with staff friendliness during a previous visit, and one guest mentioned having an item stolen, which left a sour feeling. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with plenty of activities, and we would love to go back.

Overall, this place offers great value for money and is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
