My stay at Grand Palladium was quite a mixed bag. The beach is stunning and the entertainment was top-notch, but the service in some areas was lacking and the room quality was underwhelming. I had some enjoyable meals, especially at the Mexican restaurant, but there were also significant wait times and temperature issues with the food. Overall, I left with great memories but there’s definitely room for improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the Grand Lady Hamilton. The check-in process was efficient, and the maid service was exceptional. However, despite being advertised as an adults-only resort, we encountered children at the pools and beach, which was disappointing. The food and drinks were outstanding, but long wait times for dinner made it difficult to catch evening shows. Overall, there were some great aspects, but the rule about adults only needs clear enforcement.
We had an incredible time during our honeymoon at this resort. The staff was beyond amazing, especially at the infinity bar where Gregory made the experience even better. We loved the clean and spacious junior suite with a lovely ocean view. On the downside, there were some issues with staff friendliness during a previous visit, and one guest mentioned having an item stolen, which left a sour feeling. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with plenty of activities, and we would love to go back.

I had an incredible two weeks at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort! The food was delicious and the variety was impressive, though I did notice some inconsistencies this time around. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly and helpful, although there were some delays during busier times. The pool area was fantastic, but the beach has unfortunately shrunk since last year, making it less enjoyable to relax by the water. Overall, it was a memorable vacation despite a few minor hiccups.
I had an amazing time at this resort, especially enjoying the wonderful aqua aerobics classes that kept me active every day. The pool was fantastic with plenty of space, but I found the wait times at the restaurants frustrating, often lasting over an hour even when tables were available. Overall, the atmosphere was uplifting, and while there are some dining issues, the cleanliness and maintenance of the grounds were exceptional.
